Physical Therapy Murrieta

Dan Mangan, PT, MSPT, OCS

Dan earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1999 and became licensed in the state of California that same year. Dan has been practicing almost exclusively in outpatient orthopedics and earned the distinction of an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) in 2003.

Dan opened Mangan Physical Therapy in 2008 on the foundation of providing the best and most effective physical therapy possible. Mangan Physical Therapy has built its steady growth and excellent reputation on this foundation.

Dan lives with his wife and four children in the city of Murrieta and has been proudly serving the Temecula/ Murrieta for over 20 years.



Kyler Wilson PT, DPT

Physical Therapy Murrieta

Kyler graduated from California State University San Marcos in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2023.

Kyler has worked with a variety of patient populations and settings throughout his clinical experiences including out-patient orthopedics, neurological disorders, and skilled nursing. He strives to personalize each treatment plan to help patients achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Kyler enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and finding a new Korean BBQ spot.



Jacy Harman PT, DPT

Physical Therapy Murrieta

Jacy Harman received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 2016 from Cal State University of San Marcos. She has since received her Doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science in 2020. Jacy has experienced clinical rotations in a variety of settings including inpatient hospital, outpatient ortho and outpatient pediatrics. Since graduating, Jacy has professionally focused on working in outpatient ortho settings and joined the Mangan physical therapy team in July of 2023. In her free time Jacy enjoys going to the beach, going on walks with her husband and son and spending quality time with her family and friends.



Sydney Washburn, DPT

Physical Therapy Murrieta

Sydney graduated from American International College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Health Science. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from American International College in May of 2024. Sydney has experienced a wide variety of clinical rotations including outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and long term care. Sydney joined the Mangan Physical Therapy team in September of 2024 and is excited to start her path by providing personalized care to all patients in order to help them achieve their goals. In her free time, Sydney enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new local restaurants with her friends and family.
