Dan Mangan, PT, MSPT
Dan Mangan graduated from Boston University in 1999 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.
He has worked almost exclusively in private practice since becoming licensed in the state of California in 1999. Dan is specialized in orthopedic rehabilitation.
He has earned the reputation of a skilled, caring clinician that believes in a combined focus of hands-on manual techniques with a specific, individually designed therapeutic exercise program.
Dan is a proud member of the Temecula/Murrieta community, he resides with his wife and four children in the city of Murrieta. Mangan Physical Therapy has been steadily growing since 2008.
Sabrina Tovar, PT, DPT
Sabrina earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the university of Loma Linda in 2006 and has practiced almost exclusively in orthopedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation ever since. Sabrina has been a valuable member of our clinic since joining Mangan Physical Therapy in 2009. Sabrina utilizes her 10 years of skills and knowledge in treating her patients at the highest level and has earned a reputation as a skilled and caring clinician in the Temecula/ Murrieta community.
Jamie O’Fallon PT, DPT
Jamie graduated from San Diego State University in 2007 with a BS in Kinesiology: Pre-Physical Therapy and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She also graduated from San Diego Community College in 2006 with an AS in Biology and AA in Transfer Studies. She was awarded Valedictorian from SDSU and SDCC and was awarded the Stanley V. Paris and Catherine E. Patla Award for Excellent in Manual Therapy and the Wanda Nitsch Scholastic Achievement Award from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
She started working at Mangan Physical Therapy in 2013. She has worked in Orthopedics and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.
She received special training through:
- Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute courses: PF1, PF2A
- Kinesio Taping courses: KT1, KT2, KT3
- University for Saint Augustine for Health Sciences manual therapy courses: S1, S2, S3, S4, E1, E2, MF1
She has a passion for helping men and women take control of their pelvic floor dysfunction. Her goal is to create an environment where patients feel comfortable discussing and being treated for all types of pelvic floor disorders.
She enjoy treating all orthopedic impairments. She focus on manual therapy treatment techniques while integrating all therapeutic procedures and modalities.
She married in 2013. She met her husband in physical therapy school. She has one son.
In her spare time, she is laughing with my husband and son, fitness activities, trying new coffee shops and spoiling my dog.
Ann Kenney, PTA
Ann earned her BS in Kinesiology (Applied Exercise Science) from California State University of San Marcos in May 2009 and received her Associates in Physical Therapy Assistant from San Diego Mesa College in May 2013.
She has been a Certified Personal Trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2008 and has been a California State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011.
She began working at Mangan in 2017. She has experience with scar tissue tools and kinesiotaping and enjoys working with all orthopedic patients.
Ann is married with 2 kids. Born and raised in North County. In my spare time I like to do DIY projects around my house with my husband. I enjoy scuba diving and hiking.
